About Me
Hi and Welcome.
I’m Zarah — an entrepreneur, Executive Pastry Chef, and business educator with over 12 years of hands-on experience building and scaling a successful food brand from the ground up.
What began as a small passion project in my home kitchen has grown into a thriving bakery and café, serving thousands of customers while creating employment opportunities — and proving that a simple idea, when nurtured with consistency and excellence, can become a sustainable business.
Throughout my journey, one thing became clear to me: knowledge is meant to be shared.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching thousands of students from different parts of the world, many of whom have gone on to launch profitable bakeries, cafés, and home-based businesses. My classes are practical, detailed, and designed to give you real skills that can be applied immediately — whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced baker looking to refine your craft.
I do not believe in gatekeeping. Every recipe, technique, costing method, and business lesson I teach comes from years of experience, countless successes, mistakes, and continuous learning.
